Franklin Santagate has spent his life at the meeting place of commerce and the Church — teaching that a life patterned after Jesus Christ transforms not only a person, but every sphere that person touches. With his wife, Lisa, he founded 100 Fold Ministries to write and publish resources for the slow, real work of discipleship.
Franklin writes ministry teachings, studies, and curricula for the Body of Christ — including two book series, the Sword & Anvil Series on Christian character and the 100 Fold Series on the deep patterns of transformation, each paired with a complete companion workbook.
Browse the books →A dynamic communicator, Franklin has delivered keynotes and messages to audiences from a single listener to thousands — and on Christian television — for companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, and Frito-Lay, and for ministry conferences and churches across the United States and more than twenty nations.
Invite Franklin to speak →Ordained in 1995 and commissioned a Minister to Men in 1998 through Dr. Edwin Louis Cole’s Christian Men’s Network, Franklin has served the Church for decades — as a marketplace-ministry pastor, a men’s-ministry leader, and co-leading the marriage ministry with his wife, Lisa.
About the ministry →The name 100 Fold is drawn from the parable of the sower — the seed that fell on good ground and bore fruit a hundredfold. Franklin and Lisa Santagate founded 100 Fold Ministries in 2003 with a single purpose: to write curriculum for the Body of Christ that carries a believer past information into transformation. The hundredfold harvest, in a word, is discipleship — a life so cared for and cultivated that it begins to bear the very likeness of Christ, for the sake of others.
Franklin’s own road ran through the marketplace before it ran through ministry. For decades he led marketing and creative teams for national brands and built companies; then, for two decades more, he served churches, men’s networks, and Christian media around the world — helping grow one men’s ministry’s reach from 96 to 210 nations, and shaping the marketing and mission of Christian films and media. Franklin has personally ministered on most continents of the planet, in multiple nations. That path is the reason his teaching keeps returning to one conviction: the principles of the life of Christ are meant to be lived out in every capital of culture — the boardroom as much as the sanctuary — and when they are, they reshape everyone within reach.
Franklin is married to his wife, Lisa, the author of the TitusTouch Biblical Womanhood Series and the Perfecting the Heart Series. Together they have a blended family of six children and are blessed with nine grandchildren.
From the marketplace to the mission field, Franklin has carried the principles of the life of Christ to cities on six continents — every route traced from his home base at Dallas–Fort Worth. Each gold mark is a place where the seed has been sown.
Long before the books, there were brushes. Trained at the Louisville School of Art, Franklin still paints — most often the face of the One he follows.
The title is Pilate’s — Ecce Homo, “Behold the Man” (John 19:5) — the words spoken as Jesus was brought before the crowd, crowned with thorns. For Franklin, painting is another form of the same work the books do: a long, unhurried look at Christ, until something of His likeness begins to take hold in the one who beholds Him.
