Shipping & Returns
Print fulfillment, digital delivery, and our replacement policy.
Printed books & workbooks
Printed titles are produced on demand by Lulu Direct and shipped directly to you. Because each book is printed when you order it, please allow a short production window before your order ships.
- Production: typically a few business days while your book is printed and bound.
- Transit: added to production time and varies by destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your address and is paid by the customer.
Digital (PDF) downloads
Digital books, workbook sets, and the album are delivered instantly. A download link is provided after checkout and sent to your email — there is nothing to ship.
Returns & replacements
Because printed items are made to order, they are not returnable for a change of mind. We stand fully behind the quality of the printing, however:
- If a printed item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, as they cannot be returned.
